Alicha is Operations Manager of Belle Chemical Company with more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing. She is an accomplished operations professional skilled in continuous improvement, process optimization, process safety, quality assurance and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Belle Chemical, Alicha was a Unit Manager for Chemours, Belle site. There she was instrumental in the sale of the Methylamines Products Unit and has led the manufacturing organization through the transformation to Belle Chemical.
Alicha received her Bachelor of Science in chemical engineering from the West Virginia Institute of Technology.
